About Us
Dale Crompton is a Loan Officer Assistant on Team Fischer at Fairway Independent Mortgage. Dale graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance and also received an MBA from Grand Canyon University.
Dale started in his career working with financial planning and investments at Vanguard and USAA, then expanded his financial experience with property and casualty and life insurance at Liberty Mutual. Dale jumped into the mortgage industry in 2010 and joined Fairway and Team Fischer in March of 2018 in the role of sales and team support.
Dale has a wife, Jennifer; two sons, Cason and Colton; a Great Dane, Bella; two different fish tanks, and a desert tortoise named Turbo.
In Dale’s free time he runs his boys to their activities of swim, soccer, and karate. He enjoys relaxing on the back patio under the misters. He also enjoys getting out of the city and off roading with his RZR and trailer exploring the great outdoors with his family.
Dale looks forward to helping borrowers achieve their goals, whether it be purchasing their first home, moving up to a bigger home to meet growing needs, downsizing to plan for retirement, accessing equity to reach new goals, pay for college, buy an investment home, or just consolidate debt to relieve stress.
