About Us
Mario has been a realtor since 2012 and got his mortgage license in 2024. When he started in Real Estate, buyers could buy a standard 3/2 home for under 50k, which meant the commissions were low. Many realtors at that time would not help buyers in those price points. He was told he would go broke helping those low price point buyers and was told he should focus his efforts on $100k plus. He made a conscience decision that he would do things differently and focused on any buyer that had been ignored or turned away by other agents. That business practice was then followed by his wife as soon as she was licensed and fully on board. They believe in a simple concept they learned from Tony Robbins, which is “the secret to living is giving” and have found this practice to be extremely satisfying and fulfilling. This has helped them help many families in the 12 years they have been in business.
