About Us
Troy Pudney is a Senior Loan Officer on Team Fischer at Fairway Independent Mortgage. He joined Fairway in 2017 and he loves to work for the #1 mortgage company in the country!
Before the mortgage industry, Troy spent 20+ years working fine dining in the restaurant industry. One fun fact about Troy is he is a Level 5 Sommelier! Team Fischer likes to pick his brain and assign him to cocktail duty!
Troy has a wife, Melissa; 2 daughters, Isabel (Izzy) and Demi; and one son, Max (1 year old).
In Troy’s free time he loves his cars, playing golf, and enjoying the wonderful dining experiences the valley has to offer.
Troy looks forward to creating an amazing experience for his clients and their home buying journey thru knowledge, experience, availability, communication and always looking out for their best interest.
